What types of maternity sessions do you offer?
My maternity sessions are all about celebrating this special chapter of your life, your way! Whether you're envisioning a solo session focused entirely on you and your growing bump or want to include your partner and little ones, we can make it happen. I offer different collections with options for multiple outfits, a variety of poses, and a mix of beautiful portraits and natural, candid moments.
Can we include bare belly maternity portraits?
Whether you'd like traditional maternity portraits, bare belly photos or something else, I'm happy to do my best to make your vision come to life. We'll discuss your preferences beforehand, location options, and I'll always respect your boundaries. Nothing is ever required, and your session will be tailored to your personal comfort level.
Are maternity sessions safe during pregnancy?
Your comfort and safety are always my priority! Since my sessions take place outdoors, there may be some walking on sand, uneven surfaces, or standing for short periods. Before your session, I'll send a questionnaire covering any physical limitations, activity restrictions recommended by your healthcare provider, and accommodations you may need. We'll choose a suitable location, allow time for breaks, and adjust the experience to your comfort level. If you're unsure whether beach activity is appropriate for you, please consult your healthcare provider beforehand.
Will my maternity photos be shared on your website or social media?
Your privacy is completely up to you! Before your session, you'll receive a questionnaire where you can share your preferences regarding the use of your images. Whether you're happy for me to share your photos or would prefer to keep your gallery private, I'll always respect your decision. You never have to agree to public sharing to book a session with FAE Photography.
What can I expect after my session, and how will I receive my photos?
The excitement doesn't end when our session does! You'll receive a sneak peek of 5–6 images within 48 hours, followed by your fully edited gallery within 10 business days. Your photos will be delivered through a private online gallery, where you can view, download, and share your favorites. All final images are provided as high-resolution JPEG files, perfect for sharing digitally or printing your favorite memories! Your collection also includes a personal print release, so you're welcome to print your photos wherever you'd like. Galleries remain available for 30 or 60 days, dependent on your photo package deliverables. Always be sure to download and save your images before they expire!
